SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Expected delivery time is 1-2 weeks. We try to deliver in the least possible time frame.
Please note that delivery timelines might be affected by weather conditions of shipping destination during certain months of the year.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. Standard Shipping to any destination in the continental USA- Delivered within 7-15 business days – Free
2. International Shipping - Please contact info@brandymooncollection if you desire to have our fashion shipped to you internationally. We can arrange international shipping and have it shipped to you at your cost.
Duty & brokerage fee is paid by the consignee.
Only 2 delivery attempts are made by us, thereafter the packet will be returned to the shipper with no money refund.


Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.


CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on International orders, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all Duties and Taxes on the order.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. In the event, that you wish to refuse the shipment, we would have the parcel imported back to our warehouse, and thereafter deduct customs, brokerage, and return shipping charges and return the remaining amount from your account. Please note that this amount will be calculated as and when the shipment is refused and will be disclosed at that time itself.


RETURNS POLICY RETURNS

OUR POLICY LASTS 14 DAYS. IF 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF YOU RECEIVED A FREE SCARF WITH YOUR PURCHASE IT MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RETURN. OUR SCARVES ARE FREE GIFTS WITH A PURCHASE OF ONE OF OUR BAGS. THE CURRENT RETAIL PRICE OF THE SCARF WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR RETURN IF IT IS NOT INCLUDED.THE COST OF THE COMPANY'S INITIAL SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN.

THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.
NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

SHIPPING

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF THE COMPANY'S INITIAL SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.


IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
PRODUCT SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER
There may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Returns due to color variances do not qualify under standard exchange policy.


PROCESSING RETURNS

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your items. You must return the desired product within 14 days of receiving the parcel. All returns will be automatically processed for refund for the value of the return less shipping.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order
Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags still attached (disclaimer, price sticker, etc)
• In original packaging
Kindly contact our customer service team for assistance, within 14 days of date of receipt, and ensure that you follow our return guidelines. the returned parcel remains the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Brandy Moon Collection.
How do I send the item to be returned?
• You will be required to return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
• You will be required to produce your original Brandy Moon Collection invoice (receipt) and the return form when you return the item.
• The item should be in original saleable condition, with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached, in an unworn, unopened and unused state
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Brandy Moon Collection reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Brandy Moon Collection will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):
• Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
• Inaccurate or insufficient address
• Non-serviceable locations
At times we may also require additional verification's or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.
